As Payment Platform Administrator you will take responsibility for the configuration of IWG’s global payment setup across multiple platforms and systems, maintaining the operational relationship with payment providers, and for assisting with the execution of multiple projects that drive operational and process excellence, reduce cost, and improve the customer experience within the realm of payments. In this role you will work closely together with the Customer Payment, Operations, Finance, and IT teams.Location: Across Central EuropeKey responsibilitiesPlatform management:Configure IWG’s payment infrastructure on a payment orchestration platform, and in CRM, ERP, finance, billing, and associated systemsAssist with the management of IWG’s payment setup for card and alternative payments in 120 countries.Manage platform users and ensure the right permissions are grantedSetup, configure, customize, and manage the set-up of IWG legal entities on the platformImplement routing and cascading rules required in line with the IWG payment strategySetup/configure platform alerts and notificationsConfigure and monitor the process that automates reconciliation of paymentsSetup, configure and manage dashboards and reports to track payment performanceDocument (changes to) the configurationAlign with the infrastructure team when needed to configure/set up infrastructure and/or network changesEnsure the necessary developments in integration APIs and payment journeys are properly aligned between IWG systems and the payment orchestration platform.Report IT, configuration and other issues that impact the payments process and performance.Payment management:Monitor payment performance for all countries, payment providers and payment methods daily.Report on payment performance, and implement strategies that improve performance, e.g. increase payment success rate, reduce cost, maximise uptake of automatic forms of payment.Maintain a day-to-day operational relationship with global payment providers (POP, PSPs, APMs, acquirers).Act as a key point of contact for payment partners.Assist with the implementation of new payment providers.Implement local cardholder not present solutions in challenging markets.Implement alternative payment methods worldwide.Implement an open banking payment solution in Europe.Implement local direct debit processing in emerging markets in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, and Middle East.Participate in programs that increase the uptake of automated forms of payment, drive change in how customers pay, minimise FX charges, and and boost standardisation in payment processes.Participate in projects that drive operational, process and policy improvements throughout the organisation, both in the front and back office.Skills and QualitiesKnowledge of banking, treasury, acquiring, gateway and payment orchestration practices and the associated data flow to support direct debit, APM and credit card processing.Knowledge of finance systems and reconciliation processes.Experience working with PaymentIQ or the Worldline orchestration platform is a plus.Intelligent and analytical.Solid organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a demanding environment.Strong attention to detail.Self-motivated and taking ownership.Excellent relationship building skills.Team builder.
