We provide short-term alternative education provision for students who, for a range of reasons, are struggling in their mainstream school. After time at our provision, with the support of our great teachers and skilled youth workers, most students reintegrate back into their mainstream school successfully. We’re looking for energetic, motivated, and innovative individuals to help us engage young people who are at risk of exclusion and support their academic and personal development. If you’re ready to make a real impact, this is the role for you.As a Pastoral Coordinator, you will provide both academic and pastoral support to students in a non-traditional setting, helping them overcome challenges that prevent them from succeeding in mainstream education. You will assist with 1-1 support outside the classroom and lead or assist in group educational activities.
