As a Parts & Sales Representative, you will be responsible for taking on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. Meet or exceed sales goals for your Area of Responsibility (AOR), and exceeding customer expectations.Duties & Responsibilities:Portray a welcoming and positive imageDeliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfactionWork with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product and / or repair to solve the customer’s problemDevelop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customersUtilize available training resources to stay up to date on product featuresWork closely with Parts and Service Operations Supervisors when putting quotes together for customersMaintain regular cadence of communication with Trailer Sales Representative who covers the same AORMaintain and update CRM system with customer visit schedule, and opportunity statusUtilize Sales Comparison Report to identify sales opportunitiesMeet or exceed established Parts & Service Sales GoalsOther duties when requested by Parts & Service Sales DirectorRequirementsHigh School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field.
