We are looking to onboard a dynamic and results-oriented Partnerships Manager to join our team.The ideal candidate will have experience in building and maintaining strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of working in either the private sector or public sector.ROLE OBJECTIVEAs a Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that align with the clientβs strategic goals and mission. This position requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and establish new strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in both the public and private sectors. Lead negotiations and closing of partnership deals.Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, clients, and key industry players. Act as the main point of contact for partners.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Legal, etc.) to develop partnership strategies that align with organisational objectives.Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring that terms meet organisational goals and comply with legal and regulatory standards.Manage the implementation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
