Specsavers have a very exciting opportunity that has just become available, to join two highly experienced and well-respected partners in Warminster and Frome. The existing Retail and Optom Partners have doubled the size of these stores in the past 6 years and continue to grow the business year on year.With a passion for developing people, they have a long-standing, loyal team in both stores, with a wealth of knowledge and relationships in their local area. Every member of the teams at Warminster and Frome are encouraged to look at their personal career development and are supported to achieve more by the partners.As a result of their success, the existing partners are now looking to bring on board an additional Optom Partner, with 20% shareholding across both stores. This partner will focus on clinical responsibilities as well as leading and managing a highly skilled Optometry team, whilst continually planning ahead for the business alongside the partnership team.What’s on offer?20% Shareholding in Warminster20% Shareholding in FromeBoth stores have doubled in size since 2018Year on year growthFurther potential to develop the businessThe StoresBoth stores are large with Frome having 6 test rooms and 1 dedicated hear care room, Warminster with 4 test rooms and 1 dedicated hear care room. They do glazing on site and offer a range of enhanced services. These include same day emergency care, which is a huge selling point for the store in the local area and CUEs in Warminster, another very important service to the local community which has built some strong relationships in the towns.LocationsFrome is an up-and-coming town, seen as a mini ‘Bath’ due to its close proximity of circa 15 miles. There are a number of boutique shops in the area, as well as one of the largest markets in the South-West once a month, making the area a very attractive shopping location and therefore increasing footfall to the store. Population in the area continues to grow, currently standing at circa 30,000 and brings a varied demographic to store, with a high spend.Warminster is a garrison town, with the army nearby. It is surrounded by picturesque countryside and rolling hills, making this a beautiful place to work and visit. There are a large number of residents in the area who have relocated from London, again meaning that the average spend in the area is quite high.There have been a number of housing developments over the past 6 years, with more planned nearby which presents a great opportunity for further growth of the store.Travelling to both Frome and Warminster couldn’t be easier, with Westbury train station nearby, offering a direct line to London in 1.5 hours.
