Must provide coverage at the center when director is unavailable as well as utilizing DAIL computer programs in absence of director. Will also be required to assist with center activities and perform general cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and dining area. Responsibilities will include kitchen inventory of food, supplies, and equipment as well as supervision of kitchen volunteers during all phases of food service.High School diploma or GED required. Food service experience or prior experience serving congregate and/or home delivered meals and experience working with the elderly preferred. Must obtain food handler’s certification upon hire.Must have a valid driver’s license and the flexibility and willingness to changes in schedules and duties as needed according to staff availability. Must be willing to travel the service area as needed and transport clients. Travel is primarily local or within the service area (Clark County) during the business day.
