They are currently recruiting for multiple motor fraud solicitors/chartered legal executives to join on a largely home-working basis. This is also a retrain role for those with personal injury litigation experience.Your new roleThis Motor Fraud Solicitor/CILEx role will see you responsible for your own caseload of litigated motor fraud claims. Work will include defending and investigating exaggerated claims, fabricated claims, fabricated accident circumstances, substituted injury, staged accidents and organised fraud. Depending on level of experience, you will manage the files on a delegated or non-delegated authority basis.What you\’ll need to succeedYou should be a qualified solicitor/chartered legal executive, however, non-qualified individuals are also encouraged to apply. Applicants with motor fraud or casualty fraud experience are preferred. Individuals with claimant or defendant personal injury litigation are strongly encouraged to apply and will be considered for a retrain position.What you\’ll get in returnThis is a great Motor Fraud role where you can expect a full and interesting caseload working with a range of household insurer clients.
