Position: Men\’s Soccer Head CoachDepartment:AthleticsCampus:North Manchester, INTarget Hire Date:July 2025Manchester University is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead its NCAA Division III Men’s Soccer program. The Men\’s Soccer Head Coach is responsible for the strategic leadership, direction, and administration of all aspects of the program including coaching, recruiting, student-athlete development, and program operations in alignment with the mission and values of Manchester University.What You\’ll Do:Program Leadership: Lead and manage all facets of the men’s soccer program, ensuring compliance with NCAA, HCAC, and University policies.Recruitment & Retention: Identify and recruit student-athletes committed to academic and athletic success. Develop and maintain retention strategies in coordination with Enrollment, Student Life, and Athletics.Coaching & Development: Plan and conduct practices, manage game strategies, and evaluate individual and team performance. Foster a culture of integrity, respect, and sportsmanship.Operations & Budget Management: Oversee program budgets, travel, equipment, inventory, and scheduling. Coordinate logistics for away competitions and organize fundraising activities.Staff Supervision: Supervise and evaluate assistant coaches.
