You will manage campaigns across our product portfolio, utilizing your B2B marketing automation skills to deliver targeted, results-driven initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive marketer who thrives in dynamic, customer-focused environments and excels at translating data into actionable insights.Daily ResponsibilitiesManage email campaigns: plan, build, schedule, and send automated and ad-hoc emails targeting B2B audiences.Design onboarding journeys: collaborate with onboarding and account teams to create seamless communication workflows for new clients.Develop automation workflows: manage nurture flows, re-engagement sequences, renewal reminders, and upsell communications using platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Microsoft Dynamics.Segment audiences: use CRM and behavioral data to create targeted segments and personalize messaging.Optimize campaigns: conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to improve engagement and conversions.Analyze performance: track campaign metrics and use insights to refine strategies continually.Qualifications for SuccessWe\’re seeking a commercially savvy marketer with experience in fast-paced B2B environments. You should have a solid understanding of digital marketing tools, especially HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Microsoft Dynamics. Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a data-driven mindset are essential.
