The Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) Design-Build Military Flight Test Instrumentation team seeks a Manufacturing Engineer in Berkeley, MO, to provision Flight Test Instrumentation hardware on aircraft platforms. Responsibilities include fabricating and installing hardware for flight test data systems, managing the entire production cycle, ensuring compliance to design and process requirements, and supporting installation and fabrication tasks. Position responsibilities include: Synthesis of test hardware & instrumentation requirements Review of design models and drawings, creating redlines, and coordinating updates Authorship of manufacturing plans Sourcing fabrication & assembly components Fabrication coordination and liaison Part sourcing and procurement Shipside support for hardware installation Cross-site manufacturing engineering support Coordination with Boeing flight test organization, engineers, technicians, and suppliers Minimum Education Required Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field Required Skills/Experience Bachelor of Science in engineering, manufacturing engineering technology, or related fields 1+ years’ experience with 3D modeling software Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of related experience or equivalent Experience developing manufacturing plans and work instructions Experience with CAD tools like Siemens NX, CATIA Experience with machine shop processes and fabrication Experience with rapid prototyping and development Additional Information This is a full-time, on-site position in Berkeley, MO.
