What You Bring:Current RN or LPN license in good standing with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing.Minimum 5 years of nursing experience (long-term care or geriatrics preferred).Strong leadership and communication skills.Proficiency with electronic documentation systems (e.g., Catalyst, Momentum).Experience navigating the Nova Scotia healthcare system.Ability to prioritize, multitask, and lead through change in a fast-paced environment.A collaborative spirit and a commitment to person-centered care.Physical ability to meet job demands (standing, lifting up to 35 lbs).????
