It incorporates elements of Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, Kata, Hoshin Kanri, and Standard Work, tailored specifically to the Dowty / GE Aerospace needs and goals.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Lead the application of Flight Deckmethodologies to drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC), with safety as the top priorityCoach, drive and lead Lean behaviours, principles, and tools across operational or functional area.
