This is a newly created role working in a close-knit team of 6, reporting directly into the Credit Manager, supported by a much larger wider finance team consisting of Accounts Payable, Billing, Management Accounts and more. You will be based in their super modern Central London office 1-2 days a week, with the opportunity to work from home for the remaining days.Role ResponsibilitiesIn your new role, you will be responsible for posting cash accurately and in a timely manner for the region, completing month-end cash reconciliations for all EMEA accounts, assisting in the quarterly review of country commentary of all invoices over 180 days, completing daily administrative tasks such as internal/external queries, assisting in the AR month-end close process, working with the legal team on collection matters and assisting client Partners with the collection of outstanding invoices including reviews/meetings, reporting and chasing debt.Role RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need to be a committed, enthusiastic and professional team player who thrives in a multi-tasking, deadline driven environment. There is no specific experience required for this role but any office admin/finance/operations/credit control experience is desirable. You must be a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail, a proactive attitude and a fantastic work ethic. You will be confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.In ReturnYou will receive an annual salary of up to £35,000 + Bonus + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate.
