Based in Yorkshire, the business is PE-backed, growing internationally, and has recently invested in cloud-based systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Azure, and Power BI to support its expansion across the globe.Job DescriptionIn this role, you\’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day IT function, managing one internal team member and coordinating with third-party suppliers to deliver IT to a growing SME.A key focus will be driving the adoption and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, and Power Apps to enhance business performance. The role will also play a central part in supporting business-wide improvement and change initiatives, moving the organisation away from manual processes toward more scalable, system-led workflows.You\’ll lead the development and implementation of the company\’s cybersecurity strategy, ensuring policies, compliance (including GDPR and Cyber Essentials), and internal awareness are up to standard.Working closely with the key stakeholders, and a Fractional CIO, you\’ll ensure IT strategy is fully aligned with the business\’s commercial goals.
