FUNCTIONSTo ensure the correct quality and environmental management of the company\’s activities, focusing on occupational health and safety for our clients\’ employees and contractors across various business units. Responsibilities include supervising, coordinating, and participating in the implementation and maintenance of integrated management systems, ensuring legal compliance, and achieving customer satisfaction.Key functions include:Conducting HSQE legal compliance audits.Developing and/or adapting risk assessments and work instructions to comply with local legislation.Identifying and ensuring adherence to legal and customer requirements.Developing and delivering HSQE training programs.Maintaining and continuously improving HSQE integrated management systems aligned with ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.Supporting and leading preventive culture initiatives and HSQE campaigns.Managing HSQE aspects in company projects.Providing support in tendering and contract revisions related to HSQE.Collaborating with the global HSQE team through reporting.Managing PPE relevant to company activities.Auditing subcontractors on HSQE matters.Ensuring proper reporting and investigation of accidents.Controlling calibrated tools and waste management according to legislation.RequisitesMinimum 5 years of experience in an HSQE role, preferably in construction, electrical, or renewable energy sectors.IOSH / NEBOSH Certification.Training in ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.Proficient in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.Willingness to travel.Valid driving license.Our client is an equal employment opportunity employer.
