They’re places to discover the wonders of nature and realise the part we all play in protecting it.About the Operations Assistant role:Open all year round, our Operations Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests. You will support the delivery of the agreed Forest Holidays hot tub processes by helping to regularly monitor and record water quality within hot tubs, assisting with adjustments to chemical levels as directed, carrying out basic equipment checks and minor repairs, and promptly reporting any faults or concerns to the Operations Supervisor or Facilities Manager. You will also complete general maintenance tasks, so a basic knowledge of using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating is desirable. Passionate about the little details, you understand the importance of delivering your daily tasks in a timely and competent manner.You take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and are happy to work with our brand standards, ensuring every guest experience that Forest Feeling the moment they step into their cabin.What Are We Looking For?Our ideal Operations Assistant will be adynamic individualwho applies a can-do attitude to solve any issues that may arise on location.
