Now, we’re inviting a passionate and qualified Hearing Care Assistant to join our team in Bournemouth.If you\’re committed to patient wellbeing and looking to be part of a company that invests in people as much as it does in innovative care — we want to hear from you.Why Join Us?-Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum (depending on experience) with commission opportunities.-Hours: Full-time (Mon–Fri) working across our practices in Bournemouth at the following locations; Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole-Environment: Friendly, supportive, and people-focused-Impact: Be part of something meaningful — improving lives through better hearingAbout the RoleAs a Hearing Care Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of our practice, supporting private hearing services with a balance of clinical excellence and operational flair.Clinical Duties-Carry out otoscopy and Tympa-based assessments-Deliver Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA) screenings-Conduct hearing aid reviews and routine maintenance-Perform ear wax removal (microsuction, irrigation & manual)-Take aural impressions-Support patients with empathy and clear communication-Work under the guidance of an HCPC-registered Hearing Aid DispenserPractice Engagement & Development-Assist with team training and cross-referrals-Build partnerships with local GPs, pharmacies & communities-Help manage appointment scheduling to maximise the HAD’s timeOperational Responsibilities-Maintain high standards in line with healthcare regulations-Ensure Health & Safety compliance-Represent THCP with professionalism in both appearance and conductWhat You’ll Need-Qualified Hearing Care Assistant-Previous experience working in a customer facing environment and in a healthcare setting-GCSEs in English, Maths and Science (grade C or higher)-A full UK driving license and the ability to travel between locations-Eligibility to work in the UK, and availability for the specified daysIf you\’re ready to elevate patient care while enjoying a flexible, fulfilling role, apply today and become a vital part of our team!Equality & Diversity:We champion equal opportunities and a diverse, inclusive workplace.
