Job SummaryAs part of the Rotherham Healthwave team, our Health and Wellbeing Coaches support people from the local community to improve how they manage their physicaland, in turn, their mental health. By working with people both on a one-to-one or in a group setting, you will help peopledevelop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to change their health-related behaviours, helping to improve their overall quality of life, health, and wellbeing. These behaviours can include dietary advice, smoking cessation, and physical activity. As a Health and Wellbeing Coach, you will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date and accurate clinical records. The role requires coaching skills, patience, and empathy to support people inreaching their goals.
