Location:Vintage Tea Emporium – 38 Market Place, Uttoxeter, ST14 8HP Salary Range:£28,000 – £38,000 per annum (depending on experience, with performance-based incentives after one year) Company:Emporium Restaurants Ltd️ About the Role:We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join our in-house marketing and branding team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our brands across digital and print platforms. From social media graphics to product packaging, menu designs, short-form video editing, and promotional materials—you’ll bring our concepts to life with style, consistency, and flair. Key Responsibilities:Design engaging visuals for digital platforms including social media, website banners, and email marketingDevelop creative assets for menus, signage, brochures, packaging, and in-store brandingEdit short videos and reels for marketing and promotions (food photography & product features)Maintain brand consistency across all visual contentCollaborate with the digital marketing and content teams to execute marketing campaignsManage and organize creative assets and design files for team accessStay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies Requirements:Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic and multimedia designProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects)Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and brandingExperience in social media design and digital ad formatsAbility to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projectsPhotography or videography skills are a bonusPortfolio showcasing relevant design work (to be submitted with application) What We’re Looking For:Highly creative with strong attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPassion for food, hospitality, and lifestyle brandingComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to translate ideas into visually compelling stories How to Apply:If you’re passionate about design and want to help shape the identity of a growing hospitality brand, we’d love to hear from you!
