We are looking for a Freelance Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor in the Hull area.Our specialists are unique safety experts on whom our clients in the food service and hospitality industry rely. We are looking for professionals to provide customized, comprehensive on-site evaluations and training to help our clients maintain the highest standards in food safety, cleanliness, guest experience and brand protection. These programs help our clients meet their expected quality standards through on-site evaluations and customized training programs.What you will do:Conduct food safety, brand standards and workplace health and safety evaluations at client locationsConsult, coach and train clients on the latest food safety, health, and hygiene practicesWork with account management teams to resolve client challengesPerform a budgeted number of audits weekly that ensures high customer satisfactionAccess and leverage industry leading food safety practices and ongoing, active monitoring of health inspection informationProvide accurate reporting and ensure effective customer communication and relationshipsMinimum Qualifications:Have a L4 Food safety qualificationBe based in or close to the territoryHave own car/transport – Full clean driving licenceBe available for a weekdays/weekends/eveningsHave auditing experienceHave hospitality experienceSkills and Knowledge:Food safety certifications preferred, such as HACCP, ISO22000, BRC or NEHA (RS, REHS or CP-FS) credentialsRetail food safety experience and reviews of brand standardsTeaching or coaching experience in a food related fieldStrong relationship management and advanced consulting skillsStrong planning and organizational skills and strong attention to detailAble to work effectively without supervision, demonstrate initiative, common sense and superior decision-making and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well under pressure, juggle tasks and work efficiently against deadlinesThis position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis.
