Associated duties include testing and controlling feed water chemicals and performing maintenance on air compressors as directedProvide preventative maintenance, repair, and improvement functions to plant facilities including, but not limited to, wastewater treatment, warehouse, bulk systems and HVAC, water chillers & cooling towersSupport fire system maintenance and repairSupport environmental inspections and activities including waste handling and recycling effortsOperates, repairs and maintains refrigeration systems including process cooling towers and fluid coolersTroubleshoots and maintains hot water systems, water softening equipment, reverse osmosis and multimedia filter systemMust be proficient in general plumbing, electrical and mechanical skillsInterface with outside contracted services as needed to maintain and repair facility-oriented equipmentEngaged in improving utilities efficienciesSupport PM and AM activitiesBe able to use eAM (electronic Assessment Management) system for work orders, PM, and inventory controlProject support as neededMaintain and improve technical documentation for facilitySupport other technical resources lines/departments/shifts as neededFlow to the work as necessary to meet department and plant needsComplete required training and testing as requested in the areas of safety and GMPsMeet all essential functions of the roleCan function within all SQMS principlesEducation & Licensure* Must hold a current State of Ohio High Pressure or Stationary Engineering Boiler License* Must pass appropriate skill assessments including Math and Electrical AptitudeMust be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of a High School diploma or GEDThe Right Role for YouAre you a dedicated professional motivated by the opportunity to support consistent delivery of the highest quality work while striving for continuous improvement?
