We have an exciting opportunity for you in the Denver-Westminster, Colorado area.ResponsibilitiesConsult with clients in Westminster, CO, US to identify event needs, such as guest count and venue size, and address client requests to ensure seamless event executionCollaborate with the Chef to plan menus and create special dishes tailored to the dietary restrictions or preferences of clientsManage budgets effectively and negotiate contracts with clients to deliver high-quality catering servicesSolicit new catering business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building within the community and surrounding marketsCapture Weddings, Quinceanera\’s and Social EventsKeep up with trends and maintain our social media platformsQualificationsStrong knowledge of food and beverage operations and event coordinationAttention to detail and a strong emphasis on customer service are essential qualitiesThe ability to be flexible and adapt to evolving event requirements and timelines is crucialExceptional organizational skills are needed to manage multiple events simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for client and staff interactionsProficiency in using Salesforce is preferred for this roleFamiliarity with Hilton brand standards is a plus!Compensation$52,000 – $60,000 yearly + quarterly bonusAbout DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver – WestminsterLocated in Westminster, just off US-36, we offer easy access to downtown Denver and Boulder.
