You will identify leads interested in exploring our experience packages in more detail and who are ready to proceed to the next stage of the buying journey. You will work closely with our Event Sales Specialist team, setting up and scheduling initial meetings and hot transfers between them and the interested parties.ResponsibilitiesCarry out market development activities such as inbound lead follow-up, calls, and emails to organize quality leads and support the sales team in building the pipeline and increasing revenue using Outreach, the Predictable Revenue model, and Quint\’s internal sales methodologies.Master and apply Customer-Focused Selling techniques, including thorough preparation for Opening, Investigating, Presenting, Confirming, and Positioning.Respect and treat all members of the internal team, partners, customers, and others ethically while representing Quint.No travel is standard, but an ESA may be requested to attend a couple of events per year if interested.RequirementsSkills/AbilitiesStrong computer skills are essential.Experience with CRM and sales engagement software like Salesforce and Outreach is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with professionals of all levels, including executive leadership.Flexibility to manage competing priorities, shift focus as needed, and adapt in a rapidly growing sales environment.Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Eagerness to take ownership of tasks, assignments, and projects.Strong qualifying and selling skills with the ability to influence prospects, customers, referral sources, and partners.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with internal and external stakeholders.Initiative, competitive drive, and focus on results despite changing conditions.A collaborative mentality, relationship-building skills, and comfort working within established guidelines.The ability to quickly learn and recall large amounts of new information, especially regarding new topics.Innovative and creative thinking to generate new ideas and improve methods as the company grows.A goal-oriented work style that also motivates and engages others to encourage collaboration.Meticulous follow-up skills to ensure consistency in all aspects.Full commitment to high standards and the business\’s success, aligned with Quint\’s strategic goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
