You will respond quickly to faults to minimize disruptions, deliver high-quality work, and adapt to evolving industry standards. You will work in various conditions, plan and execute tasks safely and efficiently, and maintain positive customer interactions.Your Role in ActionAttend to and rectify faults promptly to ensure minimal supply loss and customer disruption.Complete construction and maintenance work to Western Power standards, ensuring consistent quality.Maintain and enhance core Line skills with industry standards and business requirements.Participate in pre-job planning to identify risks, hazards, and control measures for safe, reliable, and affordable job completion.Work in environmental conditions with safety and control measures in place.Maintain good customer relations, especially when working in the field with the public.What Makes You a Great FitCertificate III in ESI – Power System Distribution Overhead or equivalent, orNew Zealand Electricity Supply (Distribution) Minimum Level 4.Valid WA \’HR\’ Class Drivers Licence.Industry experience in constructing and maintaining the distribution electricity network.HOU and LOU Switching is highly regarded but not essential.By joining Western Power, you will contribute to powering a cleaner energy future.
