Here, you will develop your skills, acquire new ones, and work with remarkable people in unique facilities on extraordinary projects.How the programme accelerates your career:The first 3 months will immerse you in the ESH&Q function, understanding the business and the function. Afterward, you will specialise in one of the following disciplines:Environment (Closed Monday 7th October)Nuclear Safety CaseQuality*Please select one of these options when applying.Within each discipline, you will experience various placements to develop core technical skills and contribute to keeping the UK safe and secure.As part of our community, you will be involved in activities related to nuclear warheads, threat reduction, manufacturing solutions, or infrastructure development. Due to the sensitive nature of our work, further technical details are classified, but rest assured, you\’ll be engaged in remarkably interesting projects!Placements into real projects are central to your development, ensuring you acquire necessary technical expertise and understanding of our complex operations. These placements are flexible to focus on specific technical or business areas.All graduates will receive leadership, business, and soft skills training, and support to pursue professional registration.RequirementsYou are a recent graduate or will graduate by September 2025.You will graduate with a minimum of a 2:2 in your degree, in science or engineering subjects such as:Environment: Environmental Science, Management, Geography, GeologyNuclear Safety: Science or Engineering (e.g., Nuclear Engineering, Materials, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics), with an interest in safetyQuality: Science or Engineering degrees with an interest in qualityYou must be able to join us in September 2025.
