Ability to develop scope of work, conceptual design, detailed design, and execution plans.Ability to support proposals and assist in client sales presentations.Perform Lead Engineer duties on multi-discipline projects.Provide leadership, guidance, instruction, and mentorship to less experienced team members.Experience with communicating with clients, partners and individuals at all levels within an organization.Effective skills to help you flourish:Professional Engineering License (PE) in one or more states.Advanced knowledge of power distribution systems including specification of medium voltage (15kV β 69kV+) equipment, power systems fault and coordination studies, power system protection schemes and protective relays.Proficiency in computer operation for engineering calculation/selection software for engineering design programs (i.e. Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, SKM Power Tools, ETAP, SmartPlant, SmartPlant Electrical, or similar software).Experience in researching, compiling and presenting project data for client presentations, shop drawing review and contract administration as requested by the project managers.Excellent organization and time management skills.Effective working in applications such as MS Excel, MS Word and Bluebeam.
