Through innovation, simplicity, and strong partner alignment, we deliver scalable solutions that protect businesses against data loss, cyber threats, and operational disruptions.Job DescriptionAs the Distribution Channel Manager for EMEA at Arctera, you will play a pivotal role in executing our partner-led strategy by increasing market share, revenue, and partner mindshare across our top-tier distributors and channel partners in the region. This role is focused on accelerating sales growth of Arctera\’s data compliance, data protection and resilience portfolio through our distribution ecosystem.You’ll lead strategic planning, field engagement, and enablement initiatives that drive adoption and pipeline acceleration across key markets in EMEA. As part of Arctera’s Global Channel Sales organization, you’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Business Development teams to align channel strategy with business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow Arctera business through EMEA distribution partners; meet or exceed bookings, pipeline, and revenue goals.Define and execute joint business plans and go-to-market programs with distributors.Drive partner enablement, onboarding, and field activation to accelerate solution adoption and attach rates.Support partner-led sales opportunities and collaborate on large, strategic deals.Deliver regular business reviews, forecasts, and reporting to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.Deepen technical and sales acumen within distributor teams through consistent training and engagement.Serve as a strategic advisor to partners, ensuring alignment with Arctera’s business goals and regional priorities.Foster tight collaboration with reseller account teams, marketing, and partner operations to deliver measurable results.Stay informed of competitive trends and industry dynamics within the EMEA region to inform strategy.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.5–10+ years of channel, distribution, or partner management experience in the technology sector.Proven success in managing complex, multi-country distribution relationships within EMEA.Deep knowledge of the IT channel ecosystem; experience in Public Sector or Commercial segments is a plus.Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and results-driven attitude.Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as needed.Why Join Arctera?At Arctera, we empower data compliance & protection, and business resilience.
