You will be responsible for driving performance across online channels including eCommerce websites, digital advertising, and SEO. Collaborating with internal teams, your focus will be on improving the customer journey, increasing conversions, and boosting online revenue across the UK and European markets.Key Responsibilities – Digital Growth SpecialistDigital Marketing & AdvertisingDrive online revenue and lead generation through digital marketing and paid media campaigns.Own and improve SEO strategies, ensuring site health and better organic rankings.Enhance on-site conversion rates using data-driven insights in collaboration with the UX team.Optimize ROI across digital ads and paid social media.Deliver performance reports with actionable recommendations.eCommerce & Digital PlatformsManage and optimize Shopify storefronts across regions.Collaborate with the UX Lead for CRO tests on key pages like PDPs and PLPs.Use CRO results and analytics to recommend improvements for content, campaigns, and UX to increase engagement and conversions.Ensure accurate feed management for shopping platforms and product catalogs.Maintain website hygiene, including redirects, broken links, site speed, and indexing.Analytics & ReportingMonitor and report on traffic, acquisition, and conversion KPIs by region and industry.Track campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.Assess marketing touchpoints to find the most effective content and channels for conversions.Maintain a marketing performance dashboard integrating data from analytics, campaigns, and lifecycle flows.Coordinate with UX to ensure landing pages align with campaign strategies.Contribute SEO insights for content planning.Partner with Product Development for SKU promotion based on data.Support marketing planning and forecast traffic and revenue impacts.Assist in other marketing functions as needed.Qualifications include proven experience in eCommerce and digital marketing, strong SEO knowledge, experience with PPC and CRO strategies, data analytics skills, familiarity with Shopify, and collaborative teamwork abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
