Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSUMMARYParagon Professional Services, LLC, is currently seeking a highly qualified Project Manager for the oversight of three site locations within the New England area (Burlington MA, Harford CT, and Dover NH). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing, and implementing security policies and procedures, and managing a team of security professionals. Travel may be required.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned.Act for the Project Manager in his or her absence (the Deputy Project Manager has the same responsibilities as the Project Manager when acting in that role).Manage and coordinate Transportation Operations for federal contract in accordance with PBNDS 2011, ACA Standards, ICE Policies and Procedures, USDOT/FMCSA, and state regulations as they relate to Armed Transportation.Manage daily operations at three site locations (Burlington MA, Harford CT, and Dover NH) under the ICE Contract.Provide direction to the workforce to achieve and document ICE and ERO metrics.Act as primary liaison with ICE Officials and meet with the COR to review performance and to plan improvements.Ensure all company plans are executed.Ensure delivery of required reports.Ensure the annual review of emergency plans and post orders.Ensure contract compliance through close supervision of Operations and Administration.Draft replies to client-identified performance concerns; devise Plans of Action to address identified performance discrepancies.Oversee the administration and supervision of federal detainees, ensure that contract staff observe all rights and privileges afforded to detainees.Review investigations conducted on all incidentsAbility to travel periodically to conduct site visits and assist the Operations Manager.Track Deliverables; providing required reports.Oversee a training program (Initial, OJT, Quarterly Firearms, Annual Refresher and Non-Lethal Weapons) that maintains the currency of all employee training requirements and certifications; provide documentation to the Operations Manager and the COR.Ensure employee training meets or exceeds ICE 2011 PBNDS/ACA standards.Update and submit the Training Plan and Training Schedules at the required intervals for submittal to the COR.Review all monthly Officer inspection forms and yearly staff evaluations.Ensure all employee time is entered into Deltek correctly; approve bi-weekly electronic timesheets.Travel to various worksites required, as needed.· Must be available 24 hours per day, seven days per week.QUALIFICATIONS – EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.
