This is a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s growing data strategy. Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the Data Strategy Committee (including senior executives), you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery – ensuring data products bring measurable value, support business goals, and drive process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products in alignment with business objectivesDrive the full lifecycle of data product development, from ideation to deployment and ongoing optimisationGather and prioritise requirements from stakeholders across the businessMaintain the product catalogue and backlog, ensuring high-priority features are delivered firstTrack KPIs to measure product success and inform enhancementsSupport governance to ensure data quality, security, and complianceCommunicate product value, progress, and insights to stakeholders at all levelsSkills & ExperienceProven experience in data management, data strategy, or business analysisBackground in financial services or regulated industries (preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience working with cross-functional teams including engineers, analysts, and business usersAbility to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiencesFamiliarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
