As the senior-most technical authority, the CTL will be responsible for shaping and guiding the programme\’s technology vision, driving innovation, ensuring architectural integrity, and delivering robust, secure, and scalable solutions.This role is designed to reflect the responsibilities typically held by a CTO, adapted to fit within internal structures.
