You should be capable of translating both abstract concepts and detailed technical requirements into clear, practical solutions, and be enthusiastic about research, self-directed learning, and data-driven approaches.Strong communication skills, particularly in report writing and presentations, are essential. The role requires experience with key software tools including IESVE (especially ApacheHVAC and overheating analysis), SAP and/or SBEM for building fabric analysis, and OneClick LCA for embodied carbon assessment. Familiarity with CFD, hydraulic and energy network modelling, microgrid analysis, renewable energy modelling, Python for data analysis, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is beneficial.
