You’ll work with experienced colleagues, apply structured problem-solving, contribute to analysis and solution design, and develop your consulting skills.With a focus on Epic implementations, this role offers the chance to develop expertise in one of the NHS’s major Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems. You’ll assist clients in configuring and optimizing Epic to meet their clinical and operational goals. It’s an ideal step for those aiming to accelerate their consulting career while working at the forefront of healthcare technology.As a Consultant, you will:Lead the planning, design, and configuration of Epic EPR solutions, ensuring they meet clinical and operational needs.Manage system implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.Provide training to clinical staff, equipping them with necessary skills for system use and support.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather feedback and improve system functionalities.Develop and execute test scripts to ensure system efficacy and optimization.Support project management by prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and helping deliver key milestones.This position offers exposure to complex client engagements, opportunities to refine consulting skills, and the chance to contribute to Hunter Healthcare’s success, with comprehensive training and certification to deepen your EPR knowledge.Key RequirementsEducational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a minimum 2:1 classification. Candidates without a degree may substitute with 5+ years of relevant experience.Experience: Transferable experience in technical support, business analysis, project management, healthcare, or IT is preferred.
