The Foreman is responsible for supervising and leading a team of workers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing project timelines. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.You will spend your first week in Youngstown, Ohio and will be traveling 85% of the time.ResponsibilitiesPerform general construction tasks with a focus on concrete and electrical workOversee three-to-four-man crewSafely operate and maneuver equipment and job site trailersRead and understand blueprints and sketches and build to specification instructions with precision and qualityEnsure job is coordinated from start to finish to maximize efficiency and safetyProvide detailed and accurate reporting of daily duties performed.Perform restoration of areas where work has been performed (leveling, seed, and straw)Coordinate with subcontractors and keep them on taskMaintain a clean and safe jobsiteCoordinate with local inspectors and Utility companies to execute the full scope of workRequirements and SkillsMust be willing to travel in the Midwest up to 85% of the time (generally travel for 3-4 weeks and then a paid week at home).
