ABOUT THE ROLEWe’re looking for a data-driven and customer-focused Lifecycle Specialist to help deliver and optimise automated CRM journeys that engage, retain, and grow our customer base.Reporting to the Commercial Marketing Manager – Lifecycle, you’ll play a key role in supporting the execution of our always-on lifecycle programmes. You’ll work closely with CRM Delivery, Analytics, and Product teams to ensure journeys are timely, relevant, and continually improved based on performance insights.This is an exciting opportunity to develop your lifecycle marketing skills in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, contributing to initiatives that have a measurable impact on customer behaviour and commercial outcomes.YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:â—ŹSupporting the briefing, testing, and deployment of automated lifecycle journeys across key customer stages (e.g. onboarding, retention, winback etc).â—ŹWorking with the Commercial Marketing Manager – Lifecycle to implement the automation roadmap aligned to commercial and customer goals.â—ŹUsing customer and campaign data to monitor journey performance, identify gaps, and recommend areas for optimisation.â—ŹCollaborating with CRM Delivery and Analytics teams to ensure journeys are accurately triggered, tracked, and reported.â—ŹConducting test-and-learn experiments across lifecycle campaigns to drive continuous improvement.â—ŹAssisting in the development of segmentation and targeting strategies that enhance campaign relevance and effectiveness.â—ŹCreating clear documentation for journey logic, campaign workflows, and performance metrics.â—ŹPreparing regular performance reports and insights for lifecycle marketing reviews.OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:â—ŹExperience in lifecycle, CRM, or commercial marketing, ideally in gaming, fintech, or e-commerceâ—ŹA solid understanding of customer lifecycle principles, such as onboarding, engagement, churn prevention, and reactivation.â—ŹKnowledge and interest of online sportsbook and gaming products.â—ŹFamiliarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Symplify, Braze, Optimove, etc.).â—ŹComfort working with data to inform decision-making and optimise performance.â—ŹA proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.â—ŹGood collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.â—ŹExperience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with commercial awareness.WHO WE AREAt the core of LeoVegas Group is Team Leo.
