All the activities will be done in coordination with Sales Area Manager and Senior Clinical SpecialistDuties and Responsibilities:About clinical activities:Will be in charge of the clinical application support in pulse oximetry and pulse CO-Oximetry as well as various patient monitoring solutions.Will be responsible for educating Masimo customers on our products and solutions, thus an ability to transfer knowledge is a must.Will work with the field in developing research accounts and conduct and follow-up on clinical evaluations involving Masimo technology.This position will be a highly regarded and sought after source of reliable and clinically trustworthy information by customers and Masimo team members alike.Must keep abreast of and seek out new information and clinical papers related to the market Masimo serves.Together with the Area Manager, the Senior Clinical Specialist and the local distributors will participate to the Plan, and Execution, on overall Key Account (Department and Whole House Conversion) Sales programs, and coordination of resources necessary to optimize strategies in close relationship with our partners in the each country of region of responsibility.Will promote Masimo SET and Brain Function Monitoring as the new standard for non-invasive monitoring, and participate in programs to build and maintain end-user awareness (e.g., trade show, regional symposium, competitive analysis, etc.),Maintain thorough product knowledge including ability to demonstrate products, position products vs. competitive products.Innovation and subject matter expertise will be rewarded with opportunities for career growth and advancement in a company that makes a difference in people’s lives.If it would be necessary, provide clinical support for other territories.About Sales activitiesWill be responsible for sales of all Masimo products in assigned territoryWill execute strategies to convert accounts (single departments and/or the whole hospital) to the use of Masimo products in a high-competitive marketWill visit and keep in touch with physicians and hospital administrators (bio-medical engineers, purchasing managers, etc.) in territory.Will engage in selling of accounts, including qualification, demonstration and closure of competitive and exclusive products, positioning Masimo’s technology as the new standard of care in pulse-oximetry and other noninvasive blood parameters’ monitoring systems.Must answer the enquiries of customers about prices, certifications, and characteristics of MASIMO products with physicians and hospital administrators (bio-medical engineers, purchasing managers, etc.)Must keep in touch with appropriate Distributors and OEM sales personnel in order to execute sales strategies to convert accountsWill provide information to upper management including market trends, competitive activity, product design needs, regulatory, and production requirementsParticipate to hospital bid tendersProvide regular sales forecasts to upper managementManage expense budget for all required activitiesRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree or similar level of education, e.g. Nurse/Respiratory Therapist/Biomedical Engineer or any other Health science degree.
