We are seeking a Business Intelligence Architect to join our Children and Young People\’s service (CYP). In this role, you will support the Head of Data and Intelligence Services to deliver change quickly, ensuring that all children and young people in Suffolk live their best lives.Your responsibilities include:Leading the architecture, technical development, and training of automated Business Intelligence tools and reporting across CYP recording systems using Power BI.Collaborating with the CYP Intelligence Hub BI lead, I.T. colleagues, CYP services, and wider system partners to develop reporting infrastructure for existing and new case management systems, supporting CYP transformation and improvement programmes.Developing a self-service approach to performance management across the directorate, including processes, systems, and governance to improve accessibility and interpretation.The CYP Intelligence Hub comprises analysts, data specialists, and systems experts working across CYP to develop understanding through local reporting, creating tools that support evidence-based service delivery, completing statutory returns, and maintaining key case recording systems with training and support.We value potential, diversity, and inclusion, encouraging applications from all individuals, especially those from underrepresented groups.
