Zurich Resilience Solutions is pivotal to supporting our customers internally and externally, with market leading risk management solutions which include onsite assessment, desktop assessment, account management, thought leadership advice and much more.This is a fantastically diverse and rewarding role which will involve providing assessments of building reinstatement costs for insurance purposes in accordance with the relevant building regulations to a range of public sector and commercial clients.We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in reinstatement surveying and is looking to grow and develop their personal skills and knowledge in a fast paced, energetic and dynamic organisation. The role is home-based but with flexibility to attend any office if preferred.What will you be doing?Travel on average 2-3 days per week to customer premises to undertake physical on-site reinstatement cost assessment in accordance with RICS standardsReviewing internal data sources and open-source data to conduct desktop reinstatement cost assessmentsPreparing and presenting customer property reports to support business cases, including statements of need with accurate measurements, sites and premisesTravel to customer premises to undertake physical site inspectionsContribute to thought leadership and technical insight delivered to customers and key business partners both in the commercial and residential sectorWhat are we looking for?Assoc RICS / MRICS QualificationConsultative approach with the ability to recognising opportunities to generate revenueSelf-motivated and able to manage own diary whilst collaborating with the wider teamDemonstrating strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyExperience in working to key customer deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of workPro-actively takes ownership of responsibilities, manages time efficiently and adapts to changing prioritiesExcellent presentation and customer engagement skills; experienced at influencing and negotiationBuild trusted relationships and promote collaborative teamwork, seeking diverse perspectives from internal and external partnersA full UK driving licence.What will you get in return?Everyone’s different.
