We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team and develop our online enforcement programme. This is a special opportunity to help shape our wider brand protection offering, working with our marketing, client engagement, and business development teams in a fast-changing IP environment.Responsibilities include:Working with the Marketing team to review and enhance our marketing of the iProvidence product;Build internal and external visibility of the product’s brand and service offering;Develop relationships with various platform providers;Deliver coordinated customs recordal programmes and anti-counterfeiting strategies with our Trade Marks and Litigation and Licensing teams;Evaluate our partnership with external providers to explore additional benefits or discounts;Provide brand protection market analysis;Develop internal referrals and embed exceptional service delivery to existing clients;Generate new leads and develop business opportunities for online brand protection services generally; andProvide a strategic review of online brand protection services, including resource and business development planning.RequirementsAbility to manage and prioritise own workload;Strong administrative and organisational skills;A minimum of one year of experience in an online brand protection role(either in private practice, industry or for platforms or service providers);Knowledge of enforcement protocolsacross the different online marketplaces, social medial platforms and domain name registries;Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, personable approach;A team player who is also conscientious, motivated and flexible, adapting as the need arises;Strong IT skills;Receptive and open to learning new skills and acquiring an understanding of the industry;Process driven, organised individual who excels at meeting deadlines when working within a busy team environment; andAbility to work well under pressure.The CompanyPotter Clarkson LLP is one of the leading pan-European Intellectual Property law firms, with seven offices across the UK, Denmark, Sweden and Germany.We offer clients a full IP service to support them in achieving their commercial objectives.
