Based at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff, we are looking for a dedicated CAR-T /BMT Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to the clinical and medical teams within South Wales Blood and Marrow Transplant Service. Please note working hours will be 9am – 5pm Monday & Tuesday.The post holder will need to meet tight deadlines, collate data and maintain high standards relating to administrative processes. They will need to be able to work within a team effectively and efficiently, and will be required to share sensitive information with clinical teams and managers on a daily basis.Main duties of the jobThe role of the BMT and CAR-T Coordinator is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the BMT (blood and marrow transplantation) and CAR-T (chimeric antigen receptor T-cell) treatment programmes at the University Hospital of Wales. This includes patient-level and service-level coordination.The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills and IT ability.
