Join our successful, energetic, and dedicated organization!Job Description:ITT is a community-based team providing short-term, solution-focused case management to individuals with behavioral health issues facing barriers to healthcare, with a focus on integrating services with local primary care providers. ITT Case Managers deliver direct care and case management services.
