We’re looking for a permanent Audio Account Directorto join our advertising team at our London Office.As an Audio Account Director, you will be focused on Mindshare and Wavemaker which sit within the WPP Media Hub team.You will have equal responsibility for driving airtime and creative partnership revenues.Working closely with the Commercial Director, Audio Group Head, Group Client Leads and Creative Strategists you will ensure that the Customer Strategies and Creative Process are implemented effectively.Our TeamAt Bauer Media Advertising ‘Together We Create Impact’, meaning that every part of the commercial team is focused on creating impact for our customers by leveraging our brands and platforms to deliver against their objectives.This is a Hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home ad our office in London.What you’ll be doing:Deliver market beating share of airtime and creative revenuesDevelop new business and retain existing business across display and creativeDrive brand count across the agency territory, improving our conversion rate of creative pitchesEvangelise audio, Bauer’s proposition and positioning our brands and audiences through engagement pieces within the hub agenciesEnsure that our profile and traction with hub agencies is consistent and high qualityEnsure Bauer brands are regularly presented and clearly understood with all new developments communicatedEnsure full understanding of partnership briefs, successfully informing our response.Gather insight from agency to deliver best in class creative solutions.What you’ll bring:Experience of working with network media agencies at a mid-levelStrong contacts across media agencies predominantly in partnership, and AV investment teamsGenuine knowledge of and passion for audio and our brandsStrong understanding of the broadcast and digital media marketplaceExperience of creating and landing big ticket sponsorship / partnership dealsStrong understanding of agency trading deals and mechanics.Interested ? – then we would love to hear from you!Closing Date for Applications: 22nd July 2025. #J-18808-Ljbffr
