The college is located in close proximity to Atlanta and its thriving commercial real estate market. The department has a growing enrollment and a collaborative, energetic faculty engaged in quality research and with a strong focus on high-quality teaching and student engagement.Job SummaryThe Department of Economics and Finance at the University of North Georgia invites applications for an endowed professor of real estate and finance position beginning August 1, 2026. Associate and full professors will be considered. This is a ten-month, tenure-track position. The position will be located at the Gainesville campus with teaching assignments on both the Gainesville and Dahlonega campuses. Teaching assignments will include real estate finance and principles of finance courses, and other upper-division courses for undergraduates and for students in our M.B.A program.
