Our team is part of KPMG’s expanding Strategy Group, delivering value by challenging conventional thinking, leveraging industry and functional insights, and executing with investor-grade rigor. We collaborate across KPMG’s broad capabilities within Deal Advisory.Our Strategy & Performance Transformation team works closely with C-suite and senior executives to grow, transform, and transact, adding value for shareholders, employees, and society. In a context of decarbonisation, digitalisation, regulation, and post-COVID normalization, demand for services such as growth strategy, transactions, and transformation is high.
