This role blends data analysis, creative strategy, and mobile marketing expertise, requiring a deep understanding of store algorithms and metadata optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate our App Store Optimisation strategies and play a key role in defining them;Optimise the app names, descriptions, screenshots, feature graphics, in-app events, keyword fields, icons, videos, etc;Collaborate with the Creative Marketing team to create new assets for the App Stores;Frequently analyse and report ASO performance;Monitor competitor activity and rankings to better understand the market;Launching new apps in conjunction with the other departments;Work closely with the wider Marketing team to ensure consistent and impactful custom app store pages and app store experiments.Skills, Knowledge & Expertise2+ years experience handling App Store Optimisation strategy for mobile apps or games;Solid understanding of ASO algorithms and principles, from ranking factors to creative optimisation;Strong knowledge of ASO fundamentals and its tools (App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Sensor Tower, AppTweak etc.);Experience with CPP and CSL;Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make decisions;Effective time management and project management skills;Communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse teams;Applied experience with MS Excel, AppsFlyer/Adjust, Looker;Very high attention to detail.25 days holiday: Enjoy 25 days of paid holiday, in addition to bank holidays to relax and refresh throughout the year.Hybrid Working: We work in the office 3 days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and a third day of your choice.20 days fully remote working: Work from anywhere in the world, 20 days of the year.Daily Free Lunch: In the office you get £12 every day to order from JustEatRegular company events and rewards: Join in regular events and rewards that celebrate cultural events, our achievements and our team spirit.
