Summary: A NAVBLUE Aeronautical Analyst – Airport+ is responsible for the internal support to the Airport+ production line (ROPS and AMDB products) including the out-sourced department. Continued support will be in the form of day-to-day workflow management, query resolution, problem solving and performance management and also be able to update the Navblue products of Airport+ production line as per Navblue specifications and quality standards.Main Responsibilities:Support Out-Sourced production team of Airport+, bringing Airport expertise and knowledge on tool and final productsUpdated data analysis to secure Database integrity and qualityQualification of the data between eAIP and Geomatic productionWork In Progress identification on airports and follow-upCommittee report creation to conduct correct airports productionAble to update Navblue products of airport+ production line as per Navblue specification, instructions and quality standards.Using instruction and overarching guidelines, raise queries with aeronautical publication providers to clarify documents and resolve issues.Communicate effectively within the team and to others departments any inconsistencies or missing information in the AIP and follow up corrective actionsManage personal workload effectively using organizational and time management skills to achieve scheduled production targets.Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities & Competencies:Demonstrate professional attitude, motivation and enthusiasm towards day-to-day tasksShow willingness to learn and develop: be responsive and take action on positive and constructive feedback to improve personal performance whilst training and in productionCommunicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbally, within the team, department and externallyParticipate and demonstrate active listening skills in meetings and workshops as requestedCollaborate, share ideas and work effectively to achieve collective team goalsTake ownership of assigned tasks and ensure completenessBe quality focussed with good attention to detailAdhere to process and formulate sound decisions based on information presented, and understand when to ask for guidance in unclear situationsDemonstrate ability to manage workload independently and adhere to predetermined deadlinesTechnical aviation knowledgeQualified Experience/Skills/Training:Education:Educated to ‘A’ Level or equivalentDegree in aviation related field is an assetExperience:Experience working in companies in the aviation/corporate industryWorking knowledge of Aeronautical Information Services (AIS) publications is an assetCommunication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages):Excellent verbal and written communication in EnglishTechnical Systems Proficiency:Google suiteAbility to learn bespoke softwareTravel Required:0% Domestic and International——How to Apply:Candidates who are interested in joining the NAVBLUE team are invited to submit their resume and cover letter, highlighting their work experiences and skills via email totalent@navblue.aero .We thank all applicants for applying.
