Endeavour Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for an AEM Front End Developer to work in a remote contract. Our client is building a state-of-the-art new headless eCommerce website for a leading UK retailer, based on AEM technology and Magento Commerce. We are looking for a talented AEM Developer with skills to lead on the delivery of a great AEM experience for this household name. We are looking for someone with a fastidious eye for detail and a real passion for turning stunning designs into rich AEM reality. The high-level architecture is based on a hybrid approach with AEM servicing as master for Home Page, Content, and Marketing pages. Product listing pages, Product Details, My Account & Checkout will all be served from Magento Commerce. AEM will also serve content fragments for Header, Footer, Navigation, and promotional content across CMS and Commerce pages, so integration between AEM & Magento will need to be seamless from an experience perspective. Finally, Algolia will be provisioned as the search component, so this will need to be implemented and an indexer for the AEM content implemented to populate Algolia. The successful candidate will be working with a team of brilliant Architects, Back End Developers, UX/UI Designers, and Testers, collaborating on Agile Sprints to deliver the best new eCommerce website of 2021, whilst having a laugh at the same time. You will be required to know your stuff, be responsible for your own workload with planning and estimation, and not be shy to challenge the company, the client, and yourself in order to deliver a website that you will all be proud of. If you are a talented Developer with experience of AEM and Magento, please get in touch with your CV. #J-18808-Ljbffr
