As a Senior Sales Negotiator / Property Sales Consultant / Estate Agent, you will be responsible for handling property negotiations, driving sales, and managing the end-to-end sales process efficiently. This role offers a basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 with an OTE of circa £45,000, plus benefits. Candidates without prior estate or property experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong transferable skills, a positive attitude, and the potential to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve suitable outcomes.
- Supporting property valuations and helping to secure new instruction.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings and providing feedback.
- Managing the sales pipeline from 'sale agreed' through to completion.
- Supporting branch targets for valuations, viewings, and sales.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar estate agency role.
- 1-2+ years' experience within estate agency (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good understanding of the local property market.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
