Currently partnering with a fast-growing global business services organisation, part of a wider international group, that is continuing to invest in its UK tax capability. They are now looking to appoint a Compliance Tax Manager into a highly visible role, combining hands-on corporate tax compliance, client interaction, and the opportunity to help shape how tax services are delivered in a modern, forward-thinking environment.

The role is a broad, delivery-focused position with real ownership. You'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of UK corporate tax compliance and reporting, while also supporting junior team members and driving process improvement through technology.

Key areas will include:

  • End-to-end management of UK corporate tax compliance
  • Preparation and review of tax computations and tax provisions
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting quarterly and year-end tax reporting under IFRS / US GAAP
  • Coaching and developing junior members of the team
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and technology

About you:

  • ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified
  • Strong background in UK corporate tax compliance (in-house, practice or service-led environment)
  • Comfortable operating in a delivery-focused, stakeholder-heavy role
  • Enjoys improving processes and working with data and systems
