We are seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant (Private Client) to join our Client's an established legal firm in Pocklington.
This role is crucial in ensuring efficient and effective legal support services to their clients.
The ideal candidate will be client-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to the smooth running of their office.
Day-to-day of the role
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence to support Private Client fee earners.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, liaising both in person and over the telephone.
- Support the team with billing and compliance tasks.
- Manage a varied and interesting caseload, ensuring all deadlines and outstanding actions are monitored effectively.
- Provide superb levels of client care, showing empathy and understanding during client interactions.
- Client focused and supporting fee earners in a pro-active way.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous legal experience, preferably within a Private Client context.
